At the Mama’s Cookout, you and your family can expect presentations from leaders of the community, music and dance, field competitions, book swapping, free giveaways, and free food and drinks.
Donations to this cause will help with covering expenses (read below for details) and making sure that all persons who RSVP are accounted for. Excess donations will be preserved and used to confirm Mama’s Cookout as a reoccurring/annual event, as well as bringing the event to other cities.

– Silverware and tableware
– Venue / Custodial Services
– Keynote Speaker
Attendees of the cookout will need to RSVP (individually or as a group) for access to this event, along with naming their expected contribution.
All persons or groups attending MUST bring food items or donations to attend.
Accepted donations include, and are not limited to, school supplies, books, clothing / school uniforms, non-perishable food items, and/or monetary contributions starting at $10/attendee.
*Hot-food providers will need to complete and sign a Food Waiver Request form a week before the scheduled date of the event.
